BRISTOL, Tenn. – Lees-McRae men's volleyball earned a 3-0 "Battle for the Blue Ridge Cup" sweep over King on Wednesday in Bristol, Tennessee.
Ben Fincham led the Bobcats with 12 kills and 10 digs.
Abdirahman Ahmed distributed 32 assists in three sets.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Lees-McRae used a .270 hitting percentage and 40 kills in tonight's match against King. The Bobcats also tallied seven service aces in the contest.
- The Bobcats held a set point at 24-21 and earned the opening set at 25-23 off a service error from King.
- Lees-McRae used a three-point run for the 21-15 lead in the second set and defeated King in the stanza at 25-17.
- The Bobcats registered five consecutive points for the 24-19 lead in the third set and earned the three-set sweep with the 25-21 set win.
- Ben Fincham recorded a match-high 12 kills and 10 digs in tonight's contest. Davide Nicolini joined Fincham with double-digit kills at 10 kills on a .231 hitting percentage. Austin Beaird collected six kills, five digs, and two service aces.
- Ahmed dished out 32 assists in three sets and Ben Ratliff-Becher registered 11 digs for the Bobcats.
