BRISTOL, Tenn. – The Lees-McRae women's golf team returned to the golf course on Monday and Tuesday at the Golf Club of Bristol, hosted by King University.
THE BASICS
RACE: King Invitational
LOCATION: Bristol, Tennessee
NOTABLES:
- Andi Helmly fired an 83 in the second round on Tuesday and led the Bobcats on the second day. Laura Bell had an overall score of 33 over par and placed 42nd.
- Cassidy Spratlin and Ellie Rudd both recorded 92 in the second round. Caitlin Byrd rounded out the Bobcats with a 99 on the second round and finished +70 for the two-day tournament.
- Belmont Abbey earned the team title with a team score of 44 over par and Crusader Ella Wiklander won the individual tournament with a score of one over for 36 holes.
