2019-20 Season (Sophomore) - Holmes took part in a trio of meets during his sophomore campaign in 2019-20...Holmes competed in the triple jump and long jump for the Bobcats...He picked up new personal-bests in both events at the JDL January College Kick-off with marks of 12.62m and 5.97m, respectively...Holmes closed out his sophomore season with an 11th place finish in the triple jump at the Conference Carolinas Indoor Track & Field Championships. 

2018-19 Season (Freshman) - Holmes competed in five outdoor meets after finishing his first season on the Lees-McRae men's basketball team...He competed in the long jump, 400-meter dash, high jump and 4x100-meter relay...Posted a mark of 5.88 meters in the long jump at the Winthrop Invitational (Mar. 23)...Finished 30th in the 400-meter dash (54.06 seconds), while also posting a mark of 1.75 meters in the high jump at the Wofford Terrier Relays (Mar. 30)...Placed 20th in the long jump (5.93 meters), while finishing 22nd in the 400-meter dash (53.81 seconds) and also taking 35th in the 200-meter dash (24.43 seconds) at the Lenoir-Rhyne Track and Field Classic (Apr. 6)...Posted a 12th-place finish in the high jump (1.70 meters), was part of a sixth-place 4x100-meter relay team (45.04 seconds) and finished 21st in the 200-meter dash (24.10 seconds) in the 200-meter dash at the Benyon Sports Catamount Classic (Apr. 13)...Posted a 13th-place finish (5.91 meters) in the long jump, and was part of a seventh-place 4x100-meter relay team (45.08 seconds) at the Conference Carolinas Outdoor Championships (Apr. 27).
