2019 Season (Sophomore) - During her second season with the Bobcats, Birchfield played in 13 games...Collected three hits in 21 at-bats for a .143 batting average...Drew three walks as well...Collected hits against Lenoir-Rhyne, Young Harris and Lincoln Memorial...First career hit came in a February 16 contest against Lenoir-Rhyne...Had a .250 on-base percentage. 

2018 Season (Freshman) - Birchfield played in 15 games during her first season in Banner Elk...Drew five walks and stole one base as a freshman...Finished the season with a .261 on-base percentage...Made collegiate debut at Lenoir-Rhyne on February 9...After her first season, Birchfield was named to the Conference Carolinas Presidential Honor Roll.
