2018-19 Season (Senior) - Ammons played in all 29 games during her final season as a Bobcat, making 13 starts...She averaged 16.7 minutes per game, while shooting 37.5 percent from the floor and 54.9 percent from the foul line...She finished fifth on the team in scoring (172 points), while averaging 5.9 points per game...She finished fifth in total rebounds with 95, while also finishing fifth with 3.3 rebounds per game...She also averaged 0.3 assists per game, 0.3 steals per game and 0.3 blocks per game...She finishes her career second all-time in career games played at 112...Academically, she was named to the Conference Carolinas Fall Presidential Honor Roll.

2017-18 Season (Junior) - As a junior, Ammons played in 26 games and made appearances in the starting lineup for the Bobcats...The junior forward averaged 12.4 minutes, 4.3 points and 2.3 rebounds per game...Posted season-high 10 points on two different ocassions at Queens on November 15 and at North Greenville on January 2...Grabbed season-high six rebounds in home games against Erskine and Mount Olive...After the season, Ammons was named to the league's Presidential Honor Roll. 

2016-17 Season (Sophomore) - During her sophomore season, Ammons started 27 of the team's 28 games...She averaged 8.8 points and 3.4 rebounds per game in 2016-17...She surpassed the 20-point plateau twice as a sophomore...Set a new career-high with a 23-point performance against Mount Olive on Dec. 3...Was second on the team in field goal percentage (40.3).

2015-16 Season (Freshman) - Ammons played in all 29 games during her freshman season for Lees-McRae...She made her collegiate debut Nov. 13 at Tusculum...She made her first career start on Nov. 18 against Lincoln Memorial...She set a season-high with 20 points against Lander on Dec. 14...Set a season-high with 11 rebounds on Jan. 26 at Erskine...On the season, Ammons averaged 9.2 points and 4.8 rebounds per game...After the season, Ammons was named to the Conference Carolinas Presidential Honor Roll.
