2018-19 Season  (Freshman) - Heard posted results in five meets as a freshman...She competed in the mile, 4x400-meter relay, distance medley relay (DMR) and 1500-meter run...Was part of a third-place DMR team (14:29.72), part of a 14th-place 4x400-meter relay team (4:38.35) and also ran the mile in 5:57.05 at the ETSU Open (Feb. 2)...Finished 12th in the mile (5:56.74) at the JDL Fast Track Team Challenge (Feb. 7)...Took 27th in the 1500-meter run (5:29.14) at the Winthrop Invitational (Mar. 23)...Was part of a fifth-place 4x400-meter relay team (4:20.82) and also finished 13th in the 1500-meter run (5:30.64) at the Benyon Sports Catamount Classic (Apr. 13)...Was part of an eighth-place 4x400-meter relay team (4:18.19) and also finished 17th in the 1500-meter run (5:37.63) at the Conference Carolinas Outdoor Championships (Apr. 27).
