As a freshman (2013): Competed in one event while using a time of 27:36 to complete 5K at Asheville XC Carnival (Sept. 14).High School: Graduated from Madison High School in Marshall, N.C?Coached by Chaz Howell?Cross Country Harrier Award as a freshman?Also participated in track and field in the 55-meter run, 300-meter run, 400-meter run, shot put, and 100-meter run?Finished fourth in the 400-meter run at the conference championships as a senior.
