2020 Season (Sophomore) - In his second season with the Bobcats, Mendez appeared in six games...The Mooresville, N.C. native made one ground ball pickup and went 6-for-54 on face-offs for Lees-McRae.

2019 Season (Freshman) - Mendez appeared in eight games during his first season with the men's lacrosse program in 2019...Made his collegiate debut at Tusculum on February 9...Logged a total of nearly 71 minutes in goal for the Bobcats as a freshman...Made 13 saves during his time in net...Played a season-high 30 minutes in the season finale at Chowan where he stopped six shots...Also appeared in games against #17 Mount Olive, Wilmington (Del.), #3 Limestone, #15 Lindenwood, North Greenville, and #7 Belmont Abbey.
