2017 Season (RS-Junior) - In his final season in a Bobcat uniform, Carney scored a career-high 66 points (46g, 20a) in 16 games...Carney also scooped up 18 ground balls and caused 11 turnovers in 2017...The Manchester, England native tallied a team-high 152 shots and 96 shots on goal on the season...Carney set a new career-best with a pair of nine-point performances against Montreat (Feb. 21) and Chowan (April 14)...Carney's 46 goals ranked fifth in the conference...For the second straight season, Carney was named to both the Presidential Honor Roll and the Academic All-Conference team.
2016 Season (RS-Sophomore) - As a red-shirt sophomore, Carney played in 15 games for the Bobcats in 2016...The Manchester, England native posted at least one point in 14 of the 15 games he competed in during that season...In total, Carney scored 60 points (36g, 24a) in 2016...Carney scored a season-high eight points on two different occassions with the first coming on March 5 against Notre Dame De Namur and the second coming against Alabama-Huntsville on April 16....Following the 2016 season, Carney was named to both the Conference Carolinas Presidential Honor Roll and the Academic All-Conference team.
2015 Season (RS-Freshman) - In his first season of on-field action for Lees-McRae, Carney played and started in all 16 games for the team...Carney led the team with 36 goals, 50 points, three man-up goals and 66 shots on goal...Carney's debut came on Feb. 14 at Lincoln Memorial...In his debut, Carney scored a pair of goals and added an assist...Carney's best game during his redshirt-freshman season came in the regular season finale vs. Southern Virginia where he tallied eight points (5g, 3a) for the Bobcats...After the season, Carney was named to the conference's Presidential Honor Roll for the second time in as many years.
2014 Season (Redshirted) - Carney was redshirted in his first season with the Bobcats...The Manchester, England native was named to the Conference Carolinas Presidential Honor Roll following the season.
