2019-20 Season (Junior) - As a junior, Radder competed in all four meets for the Bobcats during the indoor season in 2019-20...Competed in the shot put and weight throw for the Bobcats...Set a new personal-best in the weight throw at the Appalachian Invitational Open in early December with a toss of 12.85m...Radder also logged a new personal-best in the shot put at the Buccaneer Invitational with a throw of 11.13m...Radder capped off his junior season by finishing 13th in the weight throw at the Conference Carolinas Indoor Track & Field Championships with a throw of 11.79m. 

2018-19 Season (Sophomore) - Radder posted results in 10 meets as a sophomore...He competed in the shot put, weight throw, hammer throw and javelin...Finished 18th in the shot put (10.79 meters) at the Appalachian State Open (Dec. 1)...Finished 22nd in the weight throw (10.27 meters), also finished in the shot put (10.38 meters) at the ETSU Invitational (Jan. 12)...Took 14th in the weight throw (10.71 meters) at the Wake Forest Invitational (Jan. 19)...Finished 36th in the weight throw (10.98 meters) at the ETSU Open (Feb. 2)...Placed seventh in the weight throw (11.25 meters), while also finishing 12th in the shot put (10.78 meters) at the Conference Carolinas Indoor Championships (Feb. 17)...Logged a mark of 27.35 meters in the hammer throw at the Winthrop Invitational (Mar. 23)...Took 34th in the hammer throw (33.42 meters), 38th in the shot put (10.61 meters) and 13th in the javelin throw (40.06 meters) at the Wofford Terrier Relays (Mar. 30)...Finished 19th in the hammer throw (30.89 meters), 11th in the javelin throw (39.58 meters) and 31st in the discus event (27.09 meters) at the Lenoir-Rhyne Track and Field Classic (Apr. 6)...Took fourth in the javelin throw (41.36 meters), 15th in the hammer throw (32.55 meters), 23rd in the shot put (10.22 meters) and 23rd in the discus (26.71 meters) at the Benyon Sports Catamount Classic (Apr. 13)...Took 12th in the javelin throw (40.38 meters) and 13th in the shot put (10.77 meters) at the Conference Carolinas Outdoor Championships (Apr. 27).  

2017-18 Season (Freshman) - Radder competed in 10 different meets during his first season at Lees-McRae...Competed in shot put, javelin throw, weight throw, hammer throw and discus throw as a freshman...Set three personal bests at the Catamount Classic in late April in the shot put, discus throw and javelin throw...His best hammer throw mark came at Southern Weselayn's Susan Rouse Invitiational with a mark of 28.59m...His weight throw personal best occurred at the Conference Carolinas Indoor Championships.
