Biography

2019 Season (Junior) - Montenegro played in 12 matches and made 10 starts for the Bobcats in 2019...Totaled four shots on the season with three of those tries being on goal...Two of those atttempts occurred in the season finale against Barton on November 2.

2018 Season (Sophomore) - Montenegro played just four matches making three starts during her second season in Green and Gold before being sidelined for the remainder of the season with an injury...She registered six total shots with two on goal. 

2017 Season (Freshman) - Montenegro made a definite impact during her first season in Banner Elk...The freshman forward from Orlando, Florida finished second on the team with five goals on 29 shots in 2017...Additionally, Montenegro's goals came at critical times as three of her five goals proved to be game-winners against Converse, Belmont Abbey and North Greenville...Against Converse and Belmont Abbey, Montenegro scored two goals in both of those contests...For her stellar freshman season, Montenegro was named to the All-Conference Carolinas Third Team.
