The Lees-McRae College Lady Bobcats volleyball team resumed
their Carolinas-Virginia Athletic Conference schedule Friday
evening at Limestone, falling to the Lady Saints in five games. The
Lady Bobcats record drops to 9-6 (1-1 CVAC).
The see-saw affair saw the teams trade games with the home side
Lady Saints taking games one, three and five, 30-24, 30-24, 15-12
and the Lady Bobcats winning games two and four, 30-28 and 30-27.
Preseason AVCA All American Lacie Smith (Knoxville, TN) had team
high's in digs and kills with 29 and 20. Tiarra Pendleton (Alta
Loma, CA) contributed 24 digs and 17 kills while Trisha Reese
(Hanover, PA) and Lauren Dickover (Las Vegas, NV) had 37 and 23
assists respectively.
The Lady Bobcats continue their CVAC season at Anderson
University Saturday September 16th at 2:00p.m.
