The Lees-McRae Bobcats men's tennis team dropped their second
consecutive match by a score of 8-1 at the hands of Barton College
Sunday afternoon in Carolinas Virginia Athletic Conference action.
The loss drops the Bobcats record to 1-3.
The Bobcats played well in the first two doubles matches, giving
the home side all they could handle before the Bulldogs managed to
sqeeze out wins of 9-7 and 8-5. Shaun Sumner again earned the
Bobcats lone point of the day, defeating Brent Ching 6-4, 6-2.
