BANNER ELK, N.C. -- The Lees-McRae College Lady Bobcats defeated
the Limestone College Lady Saints 3-0 ( 25-16, 25-18, 25-18)
Megan Epperson had 12 kills, and Whitney Kiser had nine kills to
lead the Lady Bobcats' offense. Kell Bodgan collected 15 digs, and
Trisha Reese had 10 digs and dished out 21 assists.
Limestone was led offensively by Melissa Thomas, who had 11 kills.
Danielle Seibert handed out 23 assists and had 16 digs to lead the
Lady Saints in both categories.
With the win, the Lady Bobcats improve to 6-8 overall and 3-0 in
the conference, while the Lady Saints fall to 4-8 overall and 1-1
in the conference.
The Lady Bobcats' next match is Tuesday, September 23rd at 7 p.m.
against conference opponent Belmont-Abbey College.
