WILSON, N.C. – The Lees-McRae College men's tennis team dropped a 9-0 decision on the road at Barton Sunday afternoon. The loss moves Lees-McRae's record to 1-11 overall and 0-5 in league matches.
The best performance by LMC on the day came from its No. 3 doubles position. The duo of Thomas Deeley and Cole Douglas-Fields were edged out in the contest by an 8-7 final score. Deeley and Douglas-Fields fell in the tie-breaker by a score of 7-2.
