FRANKLIN SPRINGS, Ga. - The Lees-McRae College men's tennis team fell in its first Conference Carolinas match of the season on Saturday (Mar. 23) at Emmanuel (Ga.) by a score of 6-1.
Emmanuel (Ga.) swept doubles play to secure one point, before winning five out of six singles matches.
Colton Porter collected Lees-McRae's only win on the day with an 8-2 win at No. 6 singles.
The Bobcats (5-10, 0-1 Conference Carolinas) are back at home on Friday (Mar. 29) to battle Belmont Abbey in Conference Carolinas action. First serve is set for 1 p.m.
