SPARTANBURG, S.C. –
Carlee Allbaugh finished with a match-high 40 assists to eclipse the 1,000-career assist plateau, while four Bobcats tallied double-digit kills, as the Lees-McRae women's volleyball team rallied from a 2-0 deficit to clinch a thrilling five-set victory over Converse in the Conference Carolinas match this evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Natasha Colon Moreno notched her seventh double-double of the season with 12 kills and 22 digs, while Olivia Ney chipped in 12 kills, three service aces, and three block assists.
- Kaden Hill and Hailey Gilreath finished with 11 and 10 kills respectively, with Hill adding two solo blocks and a block assist.
- Allbaugh notched her 15th double-double of the season with 40 assists and 19 digs, while Lauren Xayavong finished with a match-high 31 digs.
- After Converse opened the match with a 25-9 win in set one and a 25-19 victory in set two, Lees-McRae used a 7-3 run in the third set to grab momentum.
- A final kill by Ney and an attacking error by the Valkyries led the Bobcats to a 25-21 win in set three.
- Lees-McRae used an 11-4 run in the fourth frame, highlighted by kills by Moreno and Hill, to even the score with a 25-15 win in set four.
- The Bobcats had a 9-2 run in the final set, fueled by kills by Hill and Gilreath and an ace by Xayavong, and used a final Valkyries error to clinch the five-set win over Converse with a 15-9 victory in the deciding set.
- Lees-McRae held a slim 47-42 edge in kills, with both teams tallying 10 aces and eight total blocks.
FOR THE FOES:
- Anna Rabon finished with a game-high 14 kills to pace the Valkyries.
- Jasmine Finkley added 11 kills, while Savannah Ducote chipped in 30 assists.
UP NEXT:
The Bobcats will travel to "Battle for the Blue Ridge Cup" rival King in a Conference Carolinas match on Tuesday. The first set is slated for 7 p.m.
