FRANKLIN SPRINGS, Ga. – Emmanuel tallied a pair of five-goal quarters and finished 2 for 4 on extra-man opportunities en route to clinching an 18-11 victory over the visiting Bobcats in the Conference Carolinas action this afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Tyler Finley finished with three goals to pace the Bobcats, while J.P. Galloway and Ryan Bird both chipped in two goals.
- Mike Moore posted a goal and three assists, while Ryan Beauchamp, Brady Ferriter, and Jonathan Barry all scored.
- Emmanuel opened the scoring a little less than three minutes into the first quarter and held a 4-2 lead at the first intermission.
- The Lions outscored the Bobcats 5-2 in the second frame to push the lead to 9-4 at the halftime whistle.
- After Emmanuel scored three unanswered goals to open the second half, Lees-McRae scored three goals in a four-minute span to trim the deficit to 13-7.
- The Lions scored five of the next six goals to clinch the conference victory.
- Emmanuel held a 33-26 edge in shots-on-goal, while the Bobcats finished 19-22 on clear attempts.
- Joshua Csanyi and Antonio Cruz combined to make 15 saves in net for the Bobcats.
