2022 Men's Volleyball Schedule
BANNER ELK, N.C. – The Lees-McRae men's volleyball program, under new head coach
Pono Yin, will open their Spring 2022 season on Saturday, Jan. 15 as they visit Queens at 3 p.m. in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Bobcats' home opener will take place on Friday, Jan. 28 as they host Benedict at 7 p.m. in non-conference action.
Lees-McRae will then host Bluefield on Saturday, Jan. 29 at 2 p.m., before hosting Edward Waters (Fla.) on Thursday, Feb. 3 at 7 p.m. The Bobcats will close out their non-conference slate by visiting Bluefield on March 2, hosting Alderson Broaddus on March 9, and visiting Benedict on March 22.
The Bobcats will open the conference season on Tuesday, Feb. 8 at 7 p.m. as they travel to Bristol, Tennessee for a "Battle for the Blue Ridge Cup" rivalry game against King. Home conference matches include Emmanuel (Feb. 11), Erskine (Feb. 12), North Greenville (Feb. 19), Belmont Abbey (March 16), King (April 2), Mount Olive (April 8), and Barton (April 9).
The Conference Carolinas Men's Volleyball Championships will begin with first round action on Wednesday, April 13, followed by the quarterfinal round on Tuesday, April 19. The semifinals and final round will take place on April 22-23 in Mount Olive, North Carolina.
