RESULTS
DURANGO, Colo. –
Maria Döring and
Madysen Rails posted top-15 finishes in the Women's Short Track race during Day 3 of the USAC Collegiate MTB National Championships today.
Döring is also in a podium finish in the individual omnium with Lees-McRae third overall after Saturday's competition.

RACE: 2022 USAC Collegiate MTB National Championships
LOCATIONS: Purgatory Resort – Durango, Colorado
NOTABLES:
- Döring, who finished sixth yesterday in XC race, picked up a seventh-place finish in the STXC discipline today in Colorado. Rails followed in 14th place for the Bobcats with Heidi Martin in placing 26th individually.
- On the men's side, Cameron Locklear led the Bobcats in 25th place overall as Ian McDonald placed 29th. Josh Foley and Shay Wright rounded out the riders for Lees-McRae in 33rd and 35th respectively.
- In the Downhill Discipline, Döring qualified for tomorrow's final in 12th place with Rails following in 18th and Gabby Vides-Barry in 20th.
- Levi Smith paced the men's cyclists in Downhill qualifying in 16th as Dominic Mudry placed 25th and Jack Gilbert in 25th for the Bobcats.
- In the Team Omnium, Lees-McRae is in fourth place overall at 359 total points. Colorado Mesa leads the overall standings with Fort Lewis and Brevard following in second and third respectively.

The Bobcats will compete on the final day of the USAC Collegiate MTB National Championships starting tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. (MT) with the Downhill Finals.
