CENTRAL, S.C. – The Lees-McRae women's tennis team won all three double matches, while five Bobcats clinched victories in their respective singles matches, en route to clinching a 6-1 win over host Southern Wesleyan to move to 2-0 in Conference Carolinas action this season.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The doubles team of Nursharneem Shamsuddin and Anita Ivanova won the #1 doubles match with a 6-2 score, while the doubles team of Mei Hiramatsu and Zeynep Cakirer won the #2 doubles match with a 6-0 score.
- The duo of Rhidaim Yang and Laura Ocampo clinched a victory in the #3 doubles match with a score of 6-0.
- Cakirer and Ivanova won their #2 and #3 singles matches with a score of 6-1, 6-2 and 6-1, 6-1 respectively.
- Shamsuddin clinched a victory in the #4 singles match with a score of 6-1, 6-2, while both Yang and Ocampo won the #5 and #6 singles matches with scores of 6-0, 6-2 and 6-2, 6-0 respectively.
