DAY 1 RESULTS | FRIDAYÂ SCHEDULE
ROCK CREEK, N.C. – On Thursday,
Dominic Mudry advanced all the way to the championship finals in the Dual Slalom Men's Collegiate Varsity at the 2023 USA Cycling Collegiate Mountain Bike National Championships. Mudry picked up silver with Colorado Mesa's Matt Sterling earning the title in Dual Slalom.

NOTABLES:
- Mudry threw down the gauntlet in the qualifying round of the Dual Slalom discipline as the North Royalton, Ohio native entered the Round of 32 as the No. 2 seed. Mudry made his way to the Big Final and faced the two-time defending champion Sterling from Colorado Mesa.Â
- Max Ligman (16th), Levi Smith (17th), Sam Kahn (22nd), and Jack Gilbert (36th) rounded out the Bobcats men's cycling program in Thursday's Dual Slalom races.
- For Lees-McRae women's cycling, Tessa Greep led the Bobcats with 10th place individually as Brevard's Nicole Bradbury took the top honors in the Dual Slalom Women's Collegiate Varsity on Thursday. Gabby Vides-Barry followed Greep in 30th and Olivia Young placed 31st for the Bobcats.
