FLORENCE, S.C. – Lees-McRae women's soccer collected another point in the Conference Carolinas standings with a 0-0 draw at Francis Marion on Saturday afternoon.
Jordan Bartlinski had the lone shot on goal for either side.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Bartlinski almost scored the first goal for the Bobcats in the 17th minute of play, but Francis Marion's goalkeeper made a wonderful save to keep the match scoreless.
- Lees-McRae limited the Patriots to one total shot on the afternoon with the Bobcats registering one shot on target in the contest.
- Maddie Campo made the start in goal for Lees-McRae with a full 90 minutes played and Averee Andrews, Cami Belin, Sarah Jones, and Kat Stiles all playing 90 minutes in the field.
FOR THE PATRIOTS:
- Makayla Willets made one stop in goal for Francis Marion on the day.

Lees-McRae women's soccer plays King on Tuesday, Oct. 17 in the second match of the season in the "Battle for the Blue Ridge Cup". The kickoff is slated for a 4:30 p.m. start on Tate Field.
