HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. – Lees-McRae men's cycling took to the course once again this weekend in Hendersonville, North Carolina for the NCCX Race.
Pete Swinand and
Ryan Avery placed in the top five for the Bobcats on Sunday.
THE BASICS
RACE: Hendersonville NCCX Race/UCI Grand Prix
LOCATION: Hendersonville, North Carolina
NOTABLES:
- Swinand took a step up on the podium today as the sophomore from Evanston, Illinois placed third out of 36 riders. Avery, a freshman from East Bridgewater, Massachusetts, claimed fifth for the Bobcats.
- Max Chilsen captured 13th in today's Men's A event and Kaleb Toscano collected 18th. Jackson McLean (22nd) and Odinn Thordarson (23rd) rounded out the riders for Lees-McRae in the Men's A race.
- Sawyer Widecrantz and Spencer Gibson placed second and third respectively in the Men's B race on Sunday.
