Logan Dutka paced Lees-McRae women's basketball with a season-high 15 points as the Bobcats fell 80-67 on the road to Mount Olive this afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Dutka went 6-8 from the field and 3-4 from the free-throw on her way to 15 points in today's contest. Jala Holloman had 14 points as the Goldsboro, North Carolina native made a homecoming of sorts in Saturday's game at Mount Olive.
- Aurora Roberts joined her fellow Bobcats in double-digit scoring with 12 points to go along with three assists, one rebound, and one block. Dianna Spence had a team-high seven rebounds and added five points on 2-3 shooting for the Bobcats.
- Lees-McRae opened the first quarter on a 5-0 run that was capped by a layup via Jasonnia Burleson. UMO then went on a 16-4 run and had the 21-12 lead after the first ten minutes.
- In the fourth quarter, the Bobcats battled back to cut the deficit to ten points with 1:11 remaining in the contest, but the Trojans secured the 80-67 win in Conference Carolinas action.
FOR THE TROJANS:
- Laila Anderson and Reagan Hune led the Trojans to victory on Saturday afternoon with 57 combined points as Anderson recorded 24. UMO went 22-28 from the free-throw line and shot 39.7% (27-68) from the floor.

Lees-McRae heads to the campus of King University on Monday night for a showdown with the Tornado in the second edition of the "Battle for the Blue Ridge Cup" in the 2023 season.
