BANNER ELK, N.C. – Lees-McRae men's volleyball fell in three sets on Tuesday night to non-conference opponent Tusculum on the McNair & Debi Tornow Court.

RECORDS: Tusculum (5-11/1-2), Lees-McRae (7-7/4-2)
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Tusculum outhit the Bobcats .284 to .033 on the evening with 33 total kills to Lees-McRae's 23 in three sets.
- Bradley Peters added 20 assists to his season totals and had a match-high six digs in the contest.
- Beaird followed with five digs in addition to his five kills on a hitting percentage of .375.
FOR THE PIONEERS:
- Colby Landry paced Tusculum on Tuesday night with nine kills. Jabes de la Cruz and Deklan Wingo followed with seven kills apiece.
- Landry and Shapar Grant each tallied two service aces each and Tristan Blake distributed 27 assists on the evening.
UP NEXT:
Lees-McRae returns to the McNair & Debi Tornow Court on Thursday, March 2 as the Bobcats host Queens at 6 p.m. The Royals took the first match of the season against Lees-McRae in straight sets on Jan. 18.
