TIGERVILLE, S.C. –
Kylie Gutierrez tallied her first collegiate goal this afternoon as Lees-McRae women's soccer picked up the 1-0 victory over North Greenville in a Conference Carolinas Northwest divisional matchup.

RECORDS: Lees-McRae (3-2-1/2-0-1); North Greenville (1-4-1/1-2-0)
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Addy Geiss collected the first goal on target for the Bobcats in the 16th minute and Lees-McRae continued the pressure in its offensive half with a shot from Kat Stiles in the 35th minute.
- Gutierrez gave the Bobcats the one-goal lead in the 47th minute off an assist from Priscilla Mawi. Sarah Jones secured an assist also.
- Chiara Coppin preserved the shutout with a save in the 89th minute of action after a shot from North Greenville's Aleisha Lamb.
- Lees-McRae held a 17-5 shot advantage and recorded four shots on goal in the contest.
FOR THE TRAILBLAZERS:
- Lamb had the lone shot on goal for the Trailblazers and Haleigh Holland made three stops in goal.
