BANNER ELK, N.C. – Lees-McRae men's basketball earned its second win in a row with the 104-59 victory over Johnson & Wales on Thursday evening.
Anthony Parker led seven Bobcats in double figures with 15 points on the night.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Lees-McRae used an 8-0 scoring run to take the 12-4 lead over the Wildcats and the Bobcats led by 18 with 11:13 remaining in the first half.
- Brandon Brown connected on a fastbreak three-pointer at the 9:07 mark as Lees-McRae led 34-12. Oli Smith added a three with three seconds left as the Bobcats led 69-31 at the end of the first half.
- Lees-McRae earned the 104-59 win over Johnson & Wales as 13 Bobcats scored in the contest.
- Parker paced the Bobcats with 15 points on 6-12 from the field and 3-6 from three-point range. DJ Kent had 13 points on an efficient 6-8 from the field. Nico Ashley and Brown had 12 points apiece and Nigel Okwakol collected 11 points. Isajah Deburgo and Smith rounded out Lees-McRae in double figures with 10 points each.
- Lees-McRae shot 62.0% (44-71) from the field with 40 points coming off turnovers and 62 points in the paint.
FOR THE WILDCATS:
- Nathan Meshida had a team-high 13 points for JWU and Adewale Ohonme joined him in double-digit scoring with 10 points.
