GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. – Lees-McRae men's and women's cycling concluded the 2025 USA Cycling Collegiate Mountain Bike National Championships with fifth place as a team after finishing Sunday in the Dual Slalom discipline. Three Bobcats placed in the top five on the men's side in Dual Slalom and
Tessa Greep recorded sixth in the Individual Omnium.

RACE: 2025 USA Cycling Collegiate Mountain Bike National Championships
LOCATION: Powderhorn Resort - Grand Junction, Colorado
NOTABLES:
- In Dual Slalom, Guillermo Tovar led the Bobcats in qualifying with second place. Max Ligman and Dominic Mudry qualified in fourth and fifth heading into the Round of 16.
- Mudry and Tovar advanced to the semifinal round in the Dual Slalom. Mudry earned third place while Tovar took fourth. Ligman placed fifth to round out the Bobcat men's team.
- Tessa Greep took 14th individually in the Dual Slalom and finished the national championships in sixth place in the Individual Omnium.
- Lees-McRae also finished fifth as a team in the Team Omnium. The Bobcats finished with five medals which is the most since 2019 when they earned six at the USA Collegiate MTB Nationals in Big Bear Lake, California.
