Jonas Bartelt tallied his second goal of the season as Lees-McRae men's soccer and Belmont Abbey battled to a 1-1 draw in Conference Carolinas play.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Belmont Abbey's Sam Reynolds scored the first goal of the evening in the seventh minute off an assist from Ethan Cain.
- Bartelt and Nils Schulze had shots, but were unable to find the back of the net in the first half.
- Bartelt evened the score at one goal after following up a shot from Conor O'Gorman.
- Schulze had a shot on target in the 67th minute and Karim Gegg collected a shot on goal in the 71st minute. Zach Carr had the final opportunity with 30 seconds left as the match ended in a 1-1 draw.
- Belmont Abbey and Lees-McRae had 12 shots apiece in the contest. The Crusaders had six shots on goal to the Bobcats' five.
- Sean Green made five saves in net for Lees-McRae.
