DJ Kent scored his second consecutive game with 20 or more points and
Nigel Okwakol had a career-high in points as Lees-McRae men's basketball recorded the 82-64 win over Brevard on Monday night.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Kent opened the scoring with a layup off the tip-off. The Bobcats regained the lead at 4-3 and led the remaining 36:54 of tonight's contest.
- Lees-McRae used a 9-0 run at 15-5 and led 40-28 at the end of the first half.
- Okwakol opened the second half with a fastbreak layup and the Bobcats led by double digits through the second half. Lees-McRae earned its second consecutive win with the 82-64 win over Brevard on Monday night.
- The Bobcats shot 53.5% (32-60) from the field with 18 made free throws and 60 points inside the paint.
- Kent led all scorers with 24 points on 9-14 shooting and nine rebounds. Okwakol collected a career-high 16 points in 27 minutes for the Bobcats.
- Isajah Deburgo went a perfect 3-3 from the floor for 10 points in 21 minutes off the bench.
- Carson Evans led Brevard with 12 points and Twain Wilson tallied 11 points on the night.
