Genesis Lutsky tallied two goals and one assist, but Lees-McRae women's lacrosse fell to Warner, 15-5, on Friday afternoon in the Bobcats' home opener.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Warner scored the first four goals before Lutsky got the Bobcats on the board in the first quarter with back-to-back goals.
- Warner scored three goals in the second quarter to lead 7-2. Kaitlyn Clark got the Bobcats within four at the 8:37 mark of the second quarter. Warner took the 11-3 lead into the halftime break.
- Jessica LaFlamme and Hailey Smith registered goals in the fourth quarter for Lees-McRae as Warner took the game by a final of 15-5.
- Tori Meiss made nine saves in goal for Lees-McRae and collected four ground balls. Smith registered seven draw controls and caused two turnovers to lead the Bobcats.
- Bailey Dykes, Anaya Lister, and Abigail Petrillo recorded hat tricks for the Royals and Lister tallied two assists in the contest.
