Drew Redmond were all recognized pregame as part of Senior Day for Lees-McRae men's basketball. The Bobcats battled Young Harris in a tight Conference Carolinas, but the Mountain Lions prevailed 80-74 on Saturday.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Redmond and Florence connected on back-to-back baskets to give Lees-McRae the 5-0 advantage in the first half. The Bobcats built a ten-point advantage with 15:10 to play in the first half.
- Young Harris chipped away at the Bobcat lead and registered an 8-0 run into the halftime break for the one-point lead.
- Pourciau opened the scoring in the second half with a layup and the Bobcats regained the four-point advantage with 17:10 to play in the second half.
- Young Harris's Karl Chavis connected on a three-pointer at the 5:58 mark of the second half and YHC recorded the 80-74 win on the McNair & Debi Tornow Court.
- Florence scored a team-high 20 points on 7-16 shooting and 6-11 from three-point range. Ashley and DJ Kent followed with 12 points apiece.
- Carl Cleveland and Chavis led the Mountain Lions with 31 and 26 points, respectively, in tonight's contest.
