CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – Lees-McRae women's tennis battled the No. 2 team in the nation this afternoon in Chattanooga, but North Georgia earned the 4-0 win in non-conference play.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Caroline Brothers and Lina Saqout earned the 6-3 victory at No. 3 doubles to start the day for the Bobcats. The Nighthawks evened the matches with a 6-4 win at No. 1 doubles.
- Alexa Mazzei and Miranda Noor forced a set tiebreak at No. 2 doubles, but UNG earned the tiebreak, 7-5, and won the doubles point.
- Anita Ivanova held a 6-0, 5-5 lead at No. 4 singles before her match went unfinished. Saqout also held a 3-1 advantage in the second set, but North Georgia claimed the 4-0 win on Monday.
