NEW ORLEANS – Lees-McRae men's track & field Senior
JD Green was honored to the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Southeast Region on Wednesday. Green posted a top-five mark in the region in the High Jump.
In the indoor season, Green posted a mark of 2.05 meters in the High Jump at the John Weaver Invitational at App State. Green went into the 2025 Conference Carolinas Indoor Track & Field Championships with the top mark in the High Jump. He finished third individually at the championships with a clearance of 1.98 meters.
The Lees-McRae men's and women's track & field teams begin their outdoor season next Friday at the 49er Classic in Charlotte and the Mountaineer First Chance in Boone, North Carolina.
