Lleyton Starke collected 10 kills apiece in today's Conference Carolinas men's volleyball match, but Lees-McRae fell to Barton in three sets.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Barton collected the first set, 25-13, after a sterling .769 hitting percentage. The Bulldogs followed with a 25-19 set win in the second set and closed the match in the third with a 25-15 set victory.
- Beaird and Starke paced the Bobcats with 10 kills each. Beaird tallied four service aces and one digs in three sets.
- Thiago Da Silva distributed 27 assists in the match and seven digs.

Lees-McRae concludes its three-match homestand next Friday at 7 p.m. against non-conference opponent Catawba.
