BANNER ELK, N.C. – Lees-McRae women's basketball will host the first two rounds of the 2026 Conference Carolinas Women's Basketball Championship on the McNair & Debi Tornow Court starting on Sunday, March 1.
The Bobcats finished regular-season play at 19-7 overall and 15-5 in Conference Carolinas games. Lees-McRae earned the fifth seed in the KPI rankings and will face the winner of No. 8 UNC Pembroke/No. 11 Ferrum on Monday, March 2 at 5 p.m.
The winner of Monday's game will move to the final site and advance to the quarterfinals that will be held at Jerry Richardson Indoor Stadium on Friday, March 6. The semifinals and final will follow on Saturday, March 7 and Sunday, March 8 at Jerry Richardson Indoor Stadium.
