COLUMBIA, S.C. — Lees-McRae women's lacrosse picked up its second win of the 2026 season with a 22-0 victory at Columbia (S.C.) today.
Taylor Murrell led the Bobcats with six goals and two assists in the victory.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Madison Primeau opened the scoring with a goal at the 13:35 mark of the first quarter. Courtney Bednarz tallied the second goal and Lees-McRae led 7-0 at the end of the first period.
- Murrell started the second quarter with a goal at the 10:56 mark of the second quarter. Li Cevallos scored a woman-up goal with 21 seconds remaining for the 13-0 advantage.
- Lees-McRae added nine more goals in the second half for the 22-0 win over Columbia (S.C.).
- Bednarz and Murrell led the Bobcats with eight points apiece. Crystal Johnson and Primeau recorded four goals each in the contest. Primeau collected five draw controls. Cevallos, Madison Deffenbaugh, and Bailee Lizza all added one goal each in the contest. Kiyro Garcia registered three assists for the Bobcats.
