Women's Basketball Heads to Harrogate as No. 8 Seed in NCAA Southeast Regional

BANNER ELK, N.C. – After earning its first Conference Carolinas Women's Basketball championship in school history, Lees-McRae earned its first trip to the NCAA Tournament and will face No. 1 Lincoln Memorial on Friday at 5 p.m. inside Tex Turner Arena.

Admissions
Tickets for the 2026 NCAA Southeast Regional, hosted by Lincoln Memorial University, will be available at the door (cash or credit card) for $10 Adults ($20 All Sessions Ticket) or $5 Student/Child/Military/Senior ($10 All Sessions Ticket). The Series
Lees-McRae and Lincoln Memorial will face each other for the 12th time in the all-time series. The Railsplitters hold the all-time series lead at 8-3. The two sides most recently played in November 2016 when Lincoln Memorial collected the 63-50 win in Harrogate, Tennessee.

Last Time Out
Lees-McRae earned its first Conference Carolinas title in program history on Sunday, March 8 when the Bobcats defeated Chowan, 67-60, inside the Jerry Richardson Indoor Stadium in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Nadiya Hairston led the Bobcats in the final with 23 points and was named the Tournament MVP. Sydney Gueterman and Kirsten Watt were also named to the All-Tournament Team for Lees-McRae.

UP NEXT:
The winner between Lees-McRae and Lincoln Memorial will face the winner of Columbus State and Carson-Newman on Saturday, March 14 at 7:30 p.m. in the Tex Turner Arena.
