BANNER ELK, N.C. – Lees-McRae women's tennis battled Young Harris in Conference Carolinas play on Saturday, but the Mountain Lions earned the 4-3 victory.

- Young Harris collected the doubles point with wins at No. 1 and 3 doubles. Lina Ngassi Saqout and Caroline Brothers won 6-2 at No. 2 doubles over Lexie Gillespie and Callie Stanfield.
- Saqout continued her success at No. 2 singles with the 6-3, 6-0 win over Maud Scholten.
- Pati Vedia Sanchez earned a 6-4, 6-1 win over Futaba Saito at No. 1 singles.
- Alexa Mazzei collected the 6-4, 1-6, 6-3 win at No. 3 singles.
- Young Harris recorded the match victory with wins at No. 4, 5, and 6 singles.
