MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – The Lees-McRae men's and women's track & field teams completed the three-day meet at the 2026 Conference Carolinas Outdoor Track & Field Championships on Saturday.
Josh Brett earned titles in the Men's 5,000 and 10,000 Meters.
Megan Knapp and
Jocelyn Walker joined Brett with all-conference honors.

MEET: 2026 Conference Carolinas Outdoor Track & Field Championships
LOCATION: Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium – Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
MEN'S NOTABLES:
- Brett led the Bobcats with two event victories in the 5,000 Meters and 10,000 Meters. Brett started on Thursday with the 10,000 Meters and earned the top spot with a time of 31:27.02. He then finished the meet with a first-place finish in the 5,000 Meters with a time of 15:10.47.
- Joshua Ehresman earned fourth in the Shot Put with a throw of 14.97 meters. Khan Cline joined Ehresman in the top ten with an eight-place mark of 13.69 meters.
- Andrew Belcher placed sixth in the Discus with a mark of 41.97 meters.
- Isaac Reyna recorded an eighth-place finish in the 1,500 Meters with a time of 4:04.17.
- Jaryd Broom, Cayden Roscoe, Alejandro Peredia, and Carson Grue collected eighth in the 4x100 Meter Relay with a time of 42.69 seconds.
- Morris Johnson, Conner Frizzell, Broom, and Lodrick Scott placed eighth in the 4x400m Relay with a time of 3:25.33.
- The men's team finished in ninth place with 32 total points. Mount Olive took the team titles in both men's and women's track & field in the three-day conference meet.
WOMEN'S NOTABLES:
- Walker earned third team all-conference in the Pole Vault with a clearance of 3.14 meters.
- Landri Martinka collected eighth place in the Women's 400 Hurdles with a time of 1:17.67 in the finals.
- Aija McHone recorded a school record in the 800 Meters with a time of 2:24.43 in the finals.
- Knapp qualified in the 1,500 Meters with a time of 5:01.55 and improved her time in the finals at 4:43.86. Knapp placed second individually. Rebecca Kleiber followed with seventh place and a time of 4:57.07.
- Campbell Dille earned eighth place in the 5,000 Meters with a time of 19:29.45 and placed fifth in the 10,000 Meters with a time of 40:47.41.
- Symone Taylor missed a top-three performance in the Triple Jump with a mark of 10.60 meters and placed fourth.
- Osika, Sandryne Camire, Taylor, and Martinka collected fourth in the 4x100 Meter Relay with a time of 49.65 seconds.
- Osika, Camire, McHone, and Martinka registered fifth in the 4x400 Meter Relay with a time of 4:09.15.
- The Lees-McRae women's team finished sixth out of 15 teams with 46.5 total points.
