FERRUM, Va. – The Lees-McRae flag football team concluded its regular season on Tuesday afternoon and went 1-1 on the campus of Ferrum, Virginia. Lees-McRae dropped a 38-33 Conference Carolinas decision to Ferrum and defeated Hollins, 68-0, inside W.B. Adams Stadium.
GAME #1 BASICS

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Ferrum and Lees-McRae were tied at 19-19 after a touchdown from the Panthers at the end of the first half.
- Ferrum took the 25-19 lead and pushed the margin to 12 points after a touchdown pass from Payson Shreeve in the third quarter.
- Lees-McRae answered with a touchdown late, but fell to the Panthers by a 38-33 score.
- Makenzie Hicks went 31-50 passing with 386 passing yards and four touchdowns. Kennedy Vannoy caught eight passes for 140 yards and three touchdowns. Natalia Hernandez de Leon hauled in eight pases for 129 yards and one touchdown.
- Vannoy led the Bobcat defense with 10 flag pulls. Mackenzie Walker followed with seven flag pulls. Ashley Alvarado collected one interception and four flag pulls.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Ava Rivera led the Bobcats in the 68-0 win over Hollins this evening after throwing six touchdowns and 147 passing yards. Sandryne Camire had 16 rushing yards.
- Seven different Bobcats tallied a receiving touchdown. Kamora Brown had one catch for 27 yards. Sandra Mason collected two receptions for 26 yards and one touchdown.
- Walker had five flag pulls and one interception. Jayden Jalbert had three interceptions and three flag pulls for the Bobcats. The defense forced Hollins into seven interceptions in the contest.
