2019 Season (Freshman) - Instroza-Hernandez ran in all five of the team's races during the 2019 season...Instroza-Hernandez placed 19th, which was her season-best finish, in her first collegiate race at the Lenoir-Rhyne Invitational on September 6...Instroza-Hernandez's top time as a freshman came at the Mountain to Sea Open Cross Country Meet where she ran a time of 22:40.5 in the 5k race...Closing out her freshman season was a run at the Conference Carolinas Championship with a time of 27:17.0 in the 6k race.
