2019 Season (Freshman) - Zajicek competed in all six races during his freshman season in 2019...The Pittsburgh, Pennslyvania native placed a season-best 12th in his first collegiate race at the Lenoir-Rhyne Invitational in early September...His top time came in Charlotte in mid-October at the Royals Challenge where he ran a time of 26:52.4...Zajicek nearly earned All-Conference Carolinas honors at his first league championship as he placed 21st...He closed out his freshman campaign by running in the NCAA Division II Southeast Regional Championships where he put together a time of 35:08.0 in the 10k race.
