Biography

2017-18 Season (Senior) - Turner closed out his Bobcat career in 2017-18 by further etching his name as one of the top shooters in the history of the program...Turner, who was named to the All-Conference Carolinas Third Team after the regular season, connected on 98 three-pointers as a senior, which is the second-most ever by any Bobcat in any one season...Set a new career-high with 26 points on 8-of-11 shooting against North Greenville on February 10...Turner graduates from Lees-McRae ranking third in three-pointers made (201), in three-pointers attempted (476) and three-point shooting percentage (.422). 

2016-17 Season (Junior) - Turner saw his role grow by quite a bit in 2016-17...The Hickory, N.C. native appeared in all 29 games for the Bobcats, while leading the team in three-pointers made (78), free throw percentage (84.4) and finishing second on the squad in scoring average (12.7)...Turner scored in double figures in 18 of the team's 29 games during his junior season...He also surpassed the 20-point plateau on five different occasions, including a season-high 24-point outing against Barton on Feb. 11.

2015-16 Season (Sophomore) - In his second season as a Bobcat, Turner played in 24 games...The Hickory, N.C. native reached double figures in scoring twice...The first came Jan. 9 at Southern Wesleyan where Turner scored a season-high 11 points on 3-of-6 shooting from beyond the arc...Turner also had a 10-point outing later that month at Erskine. 

2014-15 Season (Freshman) - Turner appeared in three games in his first season with the Bobcats...He made his collegiate debut Jan. 15 against Montreat College...In his debut, Turner scored 10 points in 15 minutes of action to go along with one rebound and two assists...Also had a six-point outing against rival King (Tenn.) in late February.
