The Lees-McRae Lady Bobcats tennis team hosted Mars Hill College
Tuesday afternoon, falling 7-2 to the Lady Lions in non conference
action. The Lady Bobcats record falls to 3-11.
The Lady Lions held a 2-1 advantage after three doubles matches,
using the momentum and their depth to take five singles matches.
Renee Roberson, (pictured top left), earned a win in her first
collegiate match, 6-3, 6-3, after joining the team upon completion
of her basketball season.
The Lady Bobcats will return to the court Wednesday March 21
hosting King College. Matches are set to begin at 3:00pm.
