BANNER ELK, NC - The Lees-McRae Lady Bobcats dropped a 6-3
decision to Pfeiffer University Saturday afternoon in Conference
Carolinas women's tennis action. The Lady Bobcats fall to 7-9
overall, (3-4 Conference Carolinas) while the Falcons improve to
10-4 (3-2).
The visitors took four of a possible six points in singles play
to enter doubles action requiring one win to clinch the contest
between the Conference Carolinas rivals. The Lady Bobcats will
have to regroup quickly as they resume Conference Carolinas action
in less than 24 hours, hosting St. Andrews Presbyterian College
Sunday afternoon at 1:00pm.
