ANDERSON, S.C. –
Cassidy Coleman hit her second home run of the early season, but it was not enough as Anderson used a four-run inning to clinch a 4-1 victory in the opening game and then completed the sweep over visiting Lees-McRae with an 11-1 win in the late game today.
GAME #1 BASICS

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Coleman paced the Bobcats at the plate, going 1 for 3 with a solo home run to left field.
- Sarah Beth Thomas and Mallory Myers each finished 1 for 2 with a walk.
- Anderson used a double in the first inning and a two-run home run in the third to claim a 3-0 lead after three innings of play.
- The Bobcats chipped into the lead as Coleman lead off with a solo home run in the top of the fourth inning.
- The Trojans extended the lead in the bottom of the frame, before tacking on an insurance marker in the bottom of the sixth.
- Charlsy Traylor was credited with the loss on the mound for the Bobcats, giving up six runs on seven hits in 3.2 innings.
- Jenna Bullard and Katelyn Wyatt combined to pitch 2.1 innings of relief, surrendering only one earned run on three hits.
FOR THE FOES:
- Kayson Boatner went 3 for 4 from the plate with four runs scored and four RBIs to pace the Trojans.
- Laken Maxwell earned the victory on the mounds, giving up only one run on three hits in seven innings of work.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Hannah Foster finished 2 for 2 from the plate to pace the Bobcats in the later game.
- Julie Gast went 1 for 3 with a double, while Addyson Ikard and Thomas also registered a hit.
- Coleman pushed across the Bobcat's lone run in the second game on a sacrifice fly.
- Anderson scored one run in the first inning, before posting 11 runs in the bottom of the second.
- The Bobcats chipped into the lead in the top of the third as Coleman field out to right field that deep enough to score Thomas from third.
- The Trojans held Lees-McRae scoreless in the fourth and fifth as the game ended after 5 innings.
- Raygan Rensing took the loss on the mound for the Bobcats, giving up four earned runs in 2.2 innings.
- Jenna Bullard gave up two earned runs on one hit in 1.1 innings of relief.
FOR THE FOES:
- Matti Cantrell went 2 for 3 from the plate with three RBIs and two scored runs to pace the Trojans in the later game.
- Harlie Duncan picked up the win for Anderson, giving up only one earned run on five hits.
