Rhidaim Yang all earned straight-set victories this afternoon as Lees-McRae women's tennis battled back for the 4-3 Conference Carolinas win against Converse this afternoon.

RECORDS: Lees-McRae (2-6/1-0), Converse (3-9/0-2)
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Converse earned the early one-point advantage after taking decisions at the No. 1 and 3 doubles matches. Sanchez and Yang collected the 6-3 win at the No. 2 flight.
- Yang began the comeback for the Bobcats with the 6-2, 6-2 victory over Converse's No. 3 singles player and Ngassi Saquot followed with a 6-1, 6-3 win.
- Gumussoy powered past Converse's Lais Martins at the No. 5 singles position at 6-2, 6-4 and Sanchez earned the match victory for the Bobcats with the straight-set victory (6-4, 7-5).
