HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Lees-McRae used victories on courts two and three for the doubles point. Gumussoy and Yang collected the 6-2 win at No. 2 doubles and Noor and Saqout earned the point for the Bobcats with a 7-5 win at No. 3 doubles.
- Pati Vedia Sanchez got in the win column with a 6-2, 6-1 win at No. 1 singles and Yang followed with an impressive 6-1, 6-0 decision at No. 2 singles.
- Noor continued the momentum for the Bobcats with a 3-6, 6-3, 7-6 (3) at No. 3 singles.
- Anita Ivanova claimed the 6-4, 7-6 (3) win at No. 5 singles and Gumussoy won 8-6 over Emmanuel's Victoria Rodriguez for the 6-1 Conference Carolinas match victory.
